Building Communities of Specialist Provision for Children and Young People with SEND

Q1
Hello. This consultation is to find out what you think about possible changes to special schools in Lincolnshire. There is a new proposed strategy, this is the plan about what could change.  You can find out more about it at this web page www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/SENDcommunities or, if you go to a special school, by talking to the head teacher at your school.
The consultation will happen between 8 January and 14 March.  You can take part by completing this survey, or by talking with other pupils at a consultation meeting at your school.   What you tell us will help us make sure that we get the best plan for special schools in Lincolnshire. Your answers will be kept safe and secure because of a set of rules called 'the Data Protection Act 1998'.
Please tell us how much you agree or disagree with the five statements below. There is a scale against each statement (a happy face means you think it's a good idea and a sad face means you're unhappy about it) and space to tell us more about what you think.  There are a couple of questions at the end.
